Initially tracked in the Baltic Sea—where Finnish authorities suspected it might be involved in covert surveillance operations—the ship has since changed course and is now bound for Fos-sur-Mer, France, before reportedly heading to Avilés, Spain, with an estimated arrival on November 14.
